Pennsylvania’s new teen driving law took effect at midnight on Tuesday, December 27, 2011. This law includes an increased number of behind the wheel training hours, inlcuding night time and inclement weather drive time, a restriction on the number of passengers for newly licensed drivers, and a change in the way seatbelt violations are administered.
