Congratulations to Officer Jeffrey Ford of Upper Moreland PD and Trooper Brian Elensky, PSP for ranking in the top 10 in the country for the most DRE evaluations conducted during 2017. Officer Ford came in second with 80 evaluations and Trooper Elensky completed 53 evaluations.
