The DUI Victims Memorial Garden located at our offices in Harrisburg has been open but due to the pandemic, events and visitations have been limited. Additionally, the July 4th Holiday period statistically and unfortunately results in higher numbers of impaired driving incidents. The PA DUI Association in partnership with partnering agencies is proud to present the DUI Victims’ Moving Memorial Tour & July 4th Impaired Driving Mobilization Kick Off for the July 4th Holiday period.
