In-person, Nepali Alcohol Highway Safety School 12.5-hour course for Nepali speaking individuals. The Alcohol Highway Safety School (AHSS) is operated by an approved PA Department of Transportation Program for Allegheny County. The AHSS course complies with Title 67 PA Code, Chapter 94, the required educational program with a standardized curriculum to teach DUI offenders about the problems of alcohol and drug use and driving as a result for a violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802 (relating to driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance).
